Macbook Pro VGA/GPU Reballing, Stage: Alignment & Preheating

This is an already reballed BGA (Nvidia) which will be soldered to the Macbook motherboard using the correct heat-profile. The process is automated, as soon as, the chip is aligned to the motherboard pads.
